CIGARETTE PACKAGING & RELATED MATERIALS
Huaxi is the fourth largest manufacturer in the cigarette-related packaging materials market in Guangdong Province, the PRC. Our principal business is to manufacture and sales of cigarette packaging and related materials. Products of Huaxi includes tipping papers, inner frame aluminum papers, inner laser paper, cigarette box frame paper and cigarette trademark labels. We are one of the major supplier of Shanghai Tobacco Group Co. Ltd. (上海煙草集團有限責任公司) and China Tobacco Guangdong Industrial Co., Ltd. (廣東中煙工業有限責任公司). These companies are two of major manufacturers of the “20+10” Key Brands as designated by the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration (中國國家煙草專賣局). Our self-owned production base is located in Shantou City, Guangdong Province, the PRC, with a gross floor area of approximately 17,667 sq. m. We have comprehensive advanced equipment for standard large scale production.

ENVIRONMENTAL TREATMENT BUSINESS The group entered into environmental treatment business in 2015. We have built up our technical and business base. In 2019, the Group acquired certain technologies in river ecological restoration, sewage treatment and environmental protection developed by Tsinghua University. These technologies not only provide the Group's environmental treatment and construction technology but also strengthen our competitiveness in the market.
